Yes! Your final gallery includes all of your professionally edited, high-resolution images with unlimited downloads. There are no additional fees to access your full gallery and no reveal appointment required. Your images are delivered through a private online gallery, making it easy to download, print and share your favorites with family and friends.

Absolutely! About 6–8 months before your wedding or sooner if needed I’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to gather all of the important information about your day. From there, I’ll create a custom wedding day timeline from a photography perspective. My goal is to make sure we have plenty of time to capture all the moments that matter while still allowing you to actually enjoy your wedding day and be fully present. Your day shouldn’t feel like one long photoshoot! I want you celebrating with your favorite people, enjoying the experience, and of course never missing cocktail hour!

Not at all! Your engagement session is completely complimentary, so you are never required to use it. However, I highly recommend taking advantage of it! It’s a wonderful opportunity for us to work together before your wedding day, helps you feel more comfortable in front of the camera, and gives you a chance to experience how I pose and guide you as a couple. By the time your wedding day arrives, you’ll already know exactly what to expect, making portraits feel much more natural and relaxed.

My editing style is light, natural and true-to-color with a soft, timeless feel. I want your photographs to feel bright and beautiful while still looking like you and reflecting the colors and atmosphere of your wedding day.

Every wedding is different, so I don’t place a specific limit on the number of photographs you’ll receive. I carefully curate your wedding gallery and deliver all of the best images that tell the complete story of your day.

We're all human and susceptible to sickness or any life emergencies. In the event, I cannot physically photograph your wedding one of my trusted associates will cover as lead photographer. All communication, editing and album design will still be managed by me. 

To reserve your wedding date, we’ll need a completed contract and a 33% non-refundable deposit. The second payment is due 6 months before the wedding and the final balance is due 1 month before the wedding.

Yes! Catarina Olivia Photography is fully insured, including liability coverage. If your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), I’m happy to provide one upon request.

Absolutely! Over the years, I’ve developed a posing flow that allows me to capture many different poses, angles and variations throughout your portraits, so you don’t need to create a long list of individual shots for me to recreate. If there’s a specific photo you’ve seen taken at your venue that you absolutely love, you’re always welcome to send it my way! Otherwise, you can trust that I’ll guide you through plenty of variety throughout the day.
For family portraits, I’ll provide you with a family photo template that you can customize to fit your own family. Having a family shot list prepared ahead of time is incredibly helpful it keeps portraits organized and efficient while making sure we don’t forget anyone important!
